Great service, especially by the technician ‘Chris’, who was very helpful and handy ✅. I had a malfunctioning toilet.

We worked with Ciaran and his team at Elite on an urgent replacement of the mains water line running into our house after the old one failed. This was a really tricky and challenging installation, involving digging out a new trench in the garden and working out a new route under the floor in several rooms of the house to the internal stopcock. The whole team were incredibly professional and an absolute pleasure to work with during what was a really stressful incident for us. From stopping and temporarily repairing the initial internal leak to the full installation of the new line, Ciaran and his team were proactive, always quick to respond and focused on finding the least invasive, most cost effective solution. The guys were very professional, extremely polite and conscientious and great at problem solving and finding solutions. I was also really amazed at how neatly they put everything back together in the house - down to repairing and repainting the flooring in the under stairs cupboard where they had had to cut through it. My wife joked that it was cleaner when they left than when they started! I’m very happy to recommend Elite

Prompt and friendly service from the office team when sorting out a boiler check. This is my third time using Elite Heat and I would 100% recommend to all.

Elite were excellent from start to finish. Ciaran helped us with a bathroom refit in a tenanted property and made the whole process really straightforward. They handled the different trades, organised the subcontractors, and kept everything moving with minimal hassle. Professional, reliable and easy to deal with — would highly recommend.

Cameron was so attentive and thorough, out of all companies that have come to do work in my home this was by far the best. He was very friendly and respectful and was able to get the job done quickly! Would recommend to others

Excellent communication from start to completion of the job from Ciaren and Janice. I had a leaky toilet and they were able to come out and fix the same day. Cameron was punctual, a good communicator and cleaned up after completing the job. Our bathroom is pretty compact so he did a good job of sorting the issue with little space to work in and accessing the toilet! Would highly recommend and will use again for any other plumbing related issues.
